Quick questions
Can I use my own sigil or just describe an idea?
Yes. Choose My Own Sigil / Idea in the Forge. Upload a reference image or describe what you want. The live Charter will use a clearly marked placeholder until the final custom sigil is prepared.
Is the preview exactly the final artwork?
The preview shows your House name, bearer, layout, colours, motto and selected sigil in the finished Charter format. Final artwork is individually finished for print or digital delivery, so small artistic details can differ.
When do I enter my email, address and payment details?
Only at secure Stripe checkout. The Forge asks only for the personalisation that will appear on your Charter.
What if I notice a spelling mistake after ordering?
Contact Crest & Co. as quickly as possible. If production has not started, we will try to correct it. Once personalised artwork or printing has begun, changes may no longer be possible.
What happens if my physical order is damaged or not as described?
Contact Crest & Co. with the order details so it can be put right. Personalised-order rules do not remove your statutory rights for faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods.
When will it arrive?
Physical orders are made to order. Carrier delivery aims begin after your personalised Charter has been completed and dispatched. If you need it for a specific event or date, contact us before ordering.

Royal Mail — Crest & Co. standard
UK: Royal Mail Tracked 48. Royal Mail states an aim of 2–3 working days, tracking to delivery point, photo on delivery, recipient notifications for online postage and compensation cover up to £75.
International: Royal Mail International Tracked. Royal Mail states delivery aims of 3–5 working days in Europe and 5–7 working days worldwide, with tracking and £50 standard compensation.
Evri — customer request
UK: Evri Standard. Evri states an aim of 2–3 working days from drop-off/collection, with parcel tracking.
International: Evri states its international network covers 200+ countries, with a stated 3–7 working-day delivery time, tracking and £20 standard cover.

How fulfilment works
1. Personalise: build your House Charter and optional reference artwork in the House Forge.
2. Choose delivery: select your destination region and preferred Royal Mail or Evri service before checkout.
3. Pay securely: Stripe collects payment and the delivery address. Crest & Co. never asks you to email card details.
4. Production: your bespoke design is prepared. Carrier delivery estimates start only once it has been dispatched.
5. Track: tracked services are used for physical orders. Carrier availability can change; if a selected service becomes unavailable for your exact destination after purchase, Crest & Co. will contact you before an alternative is used.
International customs
International orders may be subject to import VAT, customs duty, handling charges or local taxes imposed by the destination country. These are normally the recipient’s responsibility and customs processing can extend delivery time. The checkout shipping fee covers carriage, not destination-country taxes or duties unless explicitly stated otherwise.
