Physical Crest & Co. products are personalised or made to order. The current typical production window for a bespoke House Charter is 2–4 working days before dispatch. Carrier delivery aims begin only after the order has been completed and handed to the carrier.
Printed House Charters
UK delivery on the printed House Charter is free. The exact shipping method and order total are shown before secure Stripe checkout. International delivery options and charges depend on destination and are shown before payment.
Other House goods
Delivery for made-to-order products such as mugs, compasses, journals, T-shirts and hoodies is shown before checkout. Shipping can vary by product, destination and fulfilment method.
Tracked and international services
Crest & Co. uses available carrier services appropriate to the order and destination. Where a tracked service is selected, tracking details are provided when available. Carrier delivery times are aims rather than guarantees.
Customs and import charges
International orders can be subject to import VAT, customs duty, handling charges or local taxes imposed by the destination country. Unless checkout explicitly states otherwise, those destination-country charges are the recipient's responsibility.
