About the products
Crest & Co. creates personalised fantasy- and heraldry-inspired keepsakes. House Charters, crests and House identities are creative products. They are not an official grant of arms, legal heraldic registration, proof of ancestry or genealogical certification.
Personalisation
You are responsible for checking the spelling and details you submit before checkout. The Forge preview is intended to help you review the House concept before ordering. Final production can include normal finishing differences appropriate to the chosen product and printing/fulfilment method.
Prices and payment
The price and available delivery options shown in the live product customiser or checkout at the time of purchase take precedence. Payment is handled through Stripe. An order is treated as paid only after the payment provider confirms successful payment.
Production and delivery
Physical goods are personalised or made to order. Production time is separate from carrier delivery time. Delivery estimates are aims rather than guarantees, and international customs can add time.
Customer-supplied material
If you upload an image, crest idea or other material, you confirm that you have the right to use it for the requested personalised product. Crest & Co. may decline material that cannot reasonably or lawfully be used.
Website availability
Crest & Co. may update product options, prices, artwork libraries and site features. If a product or service becomes unavailable after payment and the order cannot be fulfilled as agreed, Crest & Co. will contact the customer to resolve the order.
