Choose something that survives the event
A journal, mug or Charter can keep campaign identity alive at home as well as during event weekends.
Make the story specific to them.
Use real faction details
A name, motto, colour and sigil from the player’s own group makes the gift feel part of their world.
Avoid buying unusable props blindly
If an object is intended for event use, check the system and site rules first. A display or writing item can be safer when you do not know those requirements.
